Age Requirement Policy

Guest under 12 years old considered as children, others are considered as adult. All guests must be at least 17 years old to register.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of any room reservation must be received by 6:00 PM local time, 14 days prior to the expected arrival date to avoid a penalty. Policies may differ based on arrival date and room type. If a guaranteed reservation is not canceled by the required date, the Resort will charge one night's accommodation. For details on cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at the time of booking.

Currency Rate

Rates confirmed in USD may be converted to the local currency by the hotel at the time of your stay, based on the hotel's exchange rate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Dress Code

Our beachfront resort encourages smart casual attire from our guests. While we do not require specific attire, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing bathrobes, wet clothes, or swimwear in our restaurants.

Drone Policy

For the privacy and safety of our guests, The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, prohibit the use of any drones or unmanned aerial systems on or around the resort property and its surroundings. Mulia Hotels reserve the right to confiscate any such items if used in violation of this policy.

Early Arrival & Late Departure

If you expect to arrive early and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the night prior. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be happy to store your bags.

Events, Meetings & Conventions

If you would like to photograph your special event, conference, meeting, or group gathering at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, or Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, we are happy to support your efforts. The following policies and guidelines are not meant to be restrictive but are designed to help avoid operational challenges, space conflicts, and interruptions for other groups utilizing our meeting spaces. They also aim to protect the security and confidentiality of our convention customers and the important business they conduct on our property.

Before scheduling a photo or video shoot in any public spaces (including our convention centre, beach, and hotel grounds), please submit your request to your official contact at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, or Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta. We will be happy to check the availability of the public spaces to help avoid any conflicts or interruptions.
Professional photographers or videographers contracted to document your event must wear your official event badge or credential (or other forms of official identification) that clearly shows their affiliation with your event while working on site. Professionals without proper identification will be stopped by our security team and will not be allowed to continue their work until they obtain the proper identification.
Media covering your event must also wear your official event badge or credential (or other forms of official identification) that clearly shows their affiliation with your event while working on site. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to provide their news media, professional photographers or videographers, and any assistants or crew with the appropriate event credential or official identification in advance, before any documentation work is performed at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, or Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.

Family Plan

The maximum occupancy is two (2) adults per room, with one (1) child under 12 years old using existing bedding.

Guaranteed Reservation & Deposit

A credit card guarantee is required upon booking. Charges will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah, and additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are beyond the hotel's control, may affect the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Mulia Privilege Point Redemption

Sign up or log in to the Mulia Privilege Guest Portal and browse our catalogue to submit your redemption request. Please make your claim at least fourteen (14) business days before your desired redemption date to allow us time to process your request. You will be notified when your reward is ready. Onsite Photography & Videography

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, are private properties and maintain a strict policy against the use of hotel grounds (including all interior spaces and exterior areas) for unauthorized professional or commercial photo or video shoots.

We do not permit any professional portrait photography or videography, including but not limited to wedding, engagement, class, family, individual portraits, advertising photography, and model or fashion shoots, on any area of our hotel property.
The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, reserve the right to take immediate action, including expulsion from the property, against any unauthorized professional photographers & videographers.

Professional photography or videography will only be approved for the following:

Onsite Contracted Events, Meetings, and Conventions: For non-commercial event documentation. The event organizer should coordinate in advance with the Mulia team, providing details of the photographer and videographer. The photographer or videographer must be issued an official event badge, credential, or other forms of identification from the event organizer, which must be worn or visible at all times while on the property.
Onsite Contracted Wedding or Commitment Ceremonies & Wedding Receptions: The couple must coordinate with the Mulia Weddings team and their designated Event Coordinator, providing details of their planned photo or video shoot session, including scheduling a specific date and time for authorization. Only couples with a wedding ceremony or reception at the property are allowed to have their wedding photos or videos taken on site. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to our Weddings Department.
News Media Coverage: Members of the news media must contact the Communications Department of Mulia Bali (phone +62 361 301 7777 or email here) or Mulia Jakarta (phone +62 21 574 7777 or email here) in advance. Media visits for photo or video shoots must be arranged in advance and are subject to approval. Official press credentials are required, and every photo or video shoot must be accompanied by a representative of the Communications Department. Media members must comply with all rules and regulations during the shoot.

Parking Policy

Parking is available in the basement, with hourly fees that may apply. For staying guests, complimentary parking for one vehicle per room is provided by registering your vehicle at check-in.

Personal & Amateur Photography and Videography

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, welcome guests to capture personal videos or photographs during their visit. Guests and visitors are permitted to take images and videos free of charge, provided they are used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All photography and videography must be taken from public areas using hand-held cameras or non-professional equipment.

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph or video (or to reproduce such images) of the hotel and its related properties.
Photographs and videos may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner. All trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and facilities of The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali, and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta are the exclusive property of The Mulia and may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without written consent.

IMPORTANT: The use of camera accessories that may obstruct foot traffic is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, large reflectors, and staged setups.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted.

Room Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room with 1 child under 12 years old using existing bedding as Rollaway beds are not available.

Smoking Policy

In compliance with The Head of Health Department and Bali Provincial Law Article Number 7, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of guest rooms, restaurant premises, public indoor spaces, and certain outdoor areas. Effective from 1 January 2014, this law extends to include all indoor areas of the hotel and some public outdoor spaces. Violations may result in a fixed penalty of IDR 50 million or imprisonment for up to three months.

Please be advised that smoking in any area of the room, balcony, or garden is not permitted. Should smoking occur, an additional fee equivalent to one night’s room rate at the published rate may be charged to your account. For more information, please contact the service centre at (0).

Any individual found violating these regulations will not be entitled to a refund of any fees or charges for using the facilities or services of the hotel.

Tax Policy

A 10% service charge and applicable government taxes will be added per room, per night.
