1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This website (the “Site”) is operated by PT. Mulia Intan Lestari, the registered legal entity for Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, and PT. Mulia Graha Tatalestari, the registered legal entity for The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali. Both entities are collectively referred to as “Mulia”, “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms & Conditions.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site — or any other Mulia digital platforms including apps, email campaigns, or messaging services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other referenced policies.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Central Jakarta (for Hotel Mulia Senayan) or Denpasar (for The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua) for the resolution of any disputes.
This Site is designed for use under the legal jurisdiction of Indonesia. If you access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and risk, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Mulia makes no representation that the Site content is appropriate or available for use in other territories.
Your continued use of the Site following any update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such revisions.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, AI-generated materials, and software — is the exclusive property of Mulia or its content suppliers. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may download or print portions of content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including modification, republication, reproduction, transmission, or distribution, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Mulia.
3. USE OF THE SITE
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use this Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, servers, or networks, or interfere with any other user’s experience.
You confirm that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, including bookings, purchases, or participation in promotions.
You agree not to:
- Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with another;
- Post, transmit, or share any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content;
- Interfere with other users’ access or experience;
- Upload or distribute files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code;
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site;
- Attempt to circumvent, test, or breach any security or authentication systems.
4. BOOKING TERMS & CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
All reservations, purchases, and service requests made via the Site (including but not limited to accommodation, dining, spa, or promotional offers) are deemed contractual transactions governed by these Terms.
By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all applicable terms and conditions;
- You accept all cancellation, amendment, and payment conditions;
- You are entering into a legally binding agreement with the respective Mulia property.
Mulia reserves the right to:
- Cancel any reservation that appears speculative, fraudulent, or intended for resale;
- Deny check-in for bookings made under false pretences or without valid supporting documentation;
- Cancel bookings made through unauthorised third-party systems.
Transactions may be processed via third-party service providers. Mulia disclaims liability for disruptions or failures caused by external systems.
5. PROMOTIONAL OFFER ELIGIBILITY
Certain promotions or rates may be limited to specific eligibility criteria, such as:
• Indonesian citizens or residents;
• KITAS or other visa holders;
• Guests from designated regions;
• Direct bookings via this Site.
It is the guest’s sole responsibility to confirm eligibility before booking. Verification documents may be requested at check-in (e.g., ID, KITAS, passport).
Guests who do not meet eligibility criteria may be rebooked at standard retail rates without prior notice. Promotional rates are non-transferable and cannot be extended to ineligible guests.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Mulia may restrict offer visibility based on factors such as IP address, referral source, or device type.
Misuse of offers may result in cancellation or legal action. By completing a reservation, you confirm understanding and acceptance of all related promotional terms.
Credit Card Promotion Payment Terms
Promotions linked to specific credit card offers are valid only when the entire bill (including accommodation and any eligible incidentals) is settled using the applicable credit card upon checkout. Split payments using multiple cards or other payment methods are not permitted under the promotional terms. Any deviation from this requirement will result in standard (non-promotional) rates being applied. Additional terms and conditions may apply as specified by the respective issuing bank.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy, we do not guarantee the Site will be free from errors, omissions, or disruptions.
We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
• Merchantability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulia disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from use or inability to use the Site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for internet outages, third-party failures, or technical disruptions. Rates and availability may change without prior notice.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversions shown are indicative only; actual charges may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Mulia, including its owners, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be personally liable for losses incurred from your use of the Site or associated services.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Site may link to external websites or services not operated by Mulia. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, security, or privacy practices.
Third-party bookings or transactions are undertaken at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of such services independently.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Mulia reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The current version will be displayed on this page with the last updated date.
You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Mulia may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behaviour.
Termination does not waive any rights or remedies accrued before the termination date.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God;
- Natural disasters;
- War or terrorism;
- Strikes or civil unrest;
- Pandemics or epidemics;
- Power failures or internet disruption;
- Government regulations or restrictions.
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mulia, its affiliates, owners, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
