Is the Advance Purchase rate cheaper than the Best Available Rate?
Yes. Advance Purchase rates are typically lower than Best Available Rates when booked earlier at Mulia Bali. In some cases, the rates may be similar; however, Advance Purchase rates usually come with more restrictive cancellation terms compared to Best Available Rates.
How far in advance should I book my Bali stay to secure the best available rates?
For the best available rates at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali, we recommend reserving your stay at least three months in advance. Booking earlier often provides greater availability and favourable rates. Advance purchase reservations include daily breakfast for two and may offer more flexibility in planning your Bali getaway.
What happens if I need to change my reservation after booking an advance purchase rate?
If you booked directly through themulia.com, our Reservations team will be pleased to assist with amendments. You may contact us via email at reservation@themulia.com or through our official WhatsApp +1-878-888-2504.
Changes to travel dates may be possible; however, rate differences may apply if prices vary on the new dates. Cancellation or amendment conditions will follow the policy associated with your selected package. Reservations made through third-party platforms should be modified directly with the respective provider.
Can I arrange airport transfers in advance if I have not yet booked my flight?
Yes. You may reserve airport transfers in advance even if your flight details are not yet confirmed. Once your flight information becomes available, simply provide the details to our Reservations team so the transfer can be arranged accordingly.
Airport transfers, including one-way or round-trip services, may also be reserved during the accommodation booking process on themulia.com. Please note that confirmed flight details are required closer to the arrival date in order to finalise the transfer arrangement.

Advance purchase reservations allow guests to secure their preferred dates earlier, particularly during high-demand periods. This can be especially valuable for Mulia Villas, where the spacious One-Bedroom Villas (505 sqm) are often reserved well in advance.
